You really want to use qmlog. Trust me on this. It's a powerful tool.

Since this happens almost instantaneously, I'd say smtp is not the
problem, so spamd and clam logs are probably ok too. 0.0279s is the scan
time. That's fast.
What about the send log?
I have tried checking the server send/receive mail constantly, but it
takes anywhere from 5-25 minutes to respond.
You mean to show up at the client, I presume.
I am using IMAP.
courier-toaster I presume.
How do I test the delivery side?
# cd /home/vpopmail/domains/yother.com/cj/Maildir/new
# ls -ltr | tail
will show you a list of the 10 most recently received unread files. Do
the command to see what's already there, then try another test email,
and repeat the ls command to see how long it takes to make it to here.
