That's because it's *their* (the sending) servers which have no rDNS (doh!).
I presume you're using spamdyke. You should notify the sending domain's
email admin that their configuration isn't quite up to snuff. In the
meantime, you can whitelist them in a variety of ways (by domain, by
rDNS, or by IP address).
I'm also getting this from the MXtoolbox when doing smtp:84.234.141.2
Not an open relay.
0 seconds - Good on Connection time
1.919 seconds - Good on Transaction time
OK - 84.234.141.2 resolves to
Warning - Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
Last one is only a warning, could maybe be solved by putting
2.84-234-141.customer.lyse.net in my banner?
Correct. I don't know that this is hurting you (haven't seen any mail
rejected because of this), but I believe that it would eliminate the
warning.

I don't see an MX record for your domain though. Is that your problem?
