Is this a new box? Did you disable selinux? Is it only one domain, or
are you hosting others. If just 1, can you just start fresh?

Hate to be Windows like, but have you rebooted?
Does your /var/qmail/users/assign file contain your domain?
Also remove the domain from your control/locals file. Qmail processes the
locals before it processes the virtualdomains.
I CAN SMELL THE TOAST BURNING....
rebooted and still getting no mailbox error.

everything in there is 700, is that correct?
what else can I look at?
