An idea has been kicking around my old cranium for some time. It still hasn't
fully formed, but it's far enough long that I wanted to put it out "there"
and solicit some thoughtful feedback. In some coherent form, I'd like to send
it along to the ARRL for consideration. Maybe something might come of it. Or
maybe not.
I like the idea in principle....but I have problems with both ARRL and AARP, and
I'm a member of both.
Work on it some more...Lord knows, ARRL should be interested, since could do
exactly what they want....increase dues paying membership.
The danger I see is that it will also give them a target audience with time and
money....which means another fertile valley to grow the "Use the Ham Bands to
get free Email".
