My own exile on QRP-L has lasted for quite some time although I have
been keeping an eye on the archives. I know, it's a bit of self-
mutilation but these days I'm more intrigued by who is left there
(and why they want to stay) rather than the endless riveting
conversations about the good old dipole. I mean, sweet Molly Malone,
if amateurs haven't figured out the dope on a dipole by now, we might
as well give the bands up and take up pottery.
A guy can only add so many "kill filters" for 44ft and 88ft antenna
discussions. Cebik is probably sorry he ever wrote that article... I
know I am! :-)
