Party politics may argue that point, but if it breathes or breeds and its registered to vote..... its game. In Chicago, we've had a few bodies that expired but hadn't been buried and still had in their possession a voter's registration card that were allowed to cast a vote. I sincerely hope that all choose on Election Day to vote (even those abroad) and may the best person, male or female win. W
