1st establish the ph of your urine by taking a clean sample and use the strip test method. Log that info. Take a plastic medicine cup used for cold medicine. Use one tablespoon of honey and 3 tablespoons of vinegar. Mix before consuming. Whew, great eh? Start with twice a day and then take your ph test again after one week and log it.
