I try to take apple cider vinegar about every three to four days. I have
adopted what wheelchair suggested in that I mix two tablespoons of vinegar
with one of honey. It isn't great, but it does help a little bit and going
down. I have noticed that I have not developed any new stones since I
adopted this principle and it does help stave off UTIs. That's my opinion
anyway.

As I wrote in another e-mail, my doctor thought I shouldn't take it every
day because he felt the body would become accustomed to it, but he thought
it was a good idea to take every few days. I never told my urologist I
occasionally use the vinegar solution (acidic acid I believe) to irrigate
every now and then as I know she absolutely abhors this method of
irrigation, however, I know it works.
