Well Ron,

I MUST tease you by saying that what you are telling me is also true
besides gravity. I just forgot to include that in my original post simply
because it is a no-brainer. 😉

I thank you for giving me the name of the stretchable shoe you have found
that might work for me. My biggest fear is red marks on the side of my
pinky toe or on my heel where I have had pressure marks before. I have to
be careful with my sandals because some of them have a good-sized lip
around the edge and I got a pressure marks from that back in 2011/2012 and
then 6 years prior to that.

I also want to thank you for jumping in to offer something as far as
advice. I have had beyond my share of "conditions" over the years and I
would still be working he had it not been for me acquiring syringomyelia
causing extreme pain and extreme Lori endurance had it not come to that.
The surgery I had for it helped some but since I retired I didn't need to
go back to work and found so many other hobbies to do in my life... not to
mention my ex common-law husband and me separating and he was my driver
with us living out in the sticks and me having to travel 30 minutes every
day to get to the city whereby my job was as an Education Advocate.

Not long after that I was blessed to have found the love of my life and who
would still be the love of my life a completely unexpected cardiac arrest
of which he did not survive. Again, one day I had everything with him (and
I mean everything) and the next thing I only had my clothes and our huge PC
and keeping some of my personal things but most importantly our adopted
daughter [Golden Retriever]. Now my life is in limbo and don't know where
life leads me to next but I hope to never ever have to go without a dog in
my life since I love them so very much.
