[QUAD-L] Cold

I know I'm spoiled with heat here in AZ, But a slight change in weather effects me so much. I don't know if its physiological or psychological. The house is just as warm inside, maybe warmer, since the A.C. is not on. But, I'm tight, sore, spasms, COLD. I know the barometer pressure can make a difference.  But its not cold inside, yet I feel like it 30 degrees outside. It is 60, but even the last few weeks at 75, It started up.   Greg
