I use space heaters, heating blankets, microwave pads, etc. All work OK, but I feel even colder when I stop them. My best help is layered shirts, t-shirt and fleece heavy shirt and a fleece hat. I sleep with the hat on. But at least most days are sunny.

Greg, I'm in Missouri and I hate the winter months, I have bad nerve pain and as the day goes on towards bedtime I lay there many nights feeling like i'm submerged in ice water. During the day I use a bed buddy microwave neck wrap that helps but I sure miss the summer months when I can go out into the Sunshine and it helps me feel so much better.....oh well only about three and a half months of suffering left until Spring, lol   Dan H.***

I just can't figure out how you cold weather people do it
It's down to the 70s here in the Phx area. Mornings are Brrr cold in the low 40's. I shiver uncontrollably when I first get up.

It must be the dry desert air, but even when its warm in the 70s in the day, the shade is so cold. Maybe its a bad memory, but I don't recall such a big difference between sun and shade when in Seattle.

Greg, now a weather wussy
