<rant>I work tech support almost 10 hours a day, explaining to clueless
lusers why they are at risk when they connect their network directly to
the DSL modem with no firewall, or why the PC has to be on and booted
for me to step them through some basic trouble shooting, or why I can't
step the through a network setup and install over the phone for "free"
when it takes me or one of our techs around 4-6 hours to do it onsite
just because the stuipd idiot doctor (we install medical billing
systems) decided to save a few dollars and cut the install out of the
contract.</rant>

So, I do not offer "free" support and repairs to family and friends.
Benn there, done that, several times too many.

BTW, dana, nice site!
