I won one for $5 (nubus) and they sent me one DOA, I sent it back and
instead of sending another they refunded my money (I did request another be
sent, twice). I assume from what happened and what happened to others that
if you win one at their starting price they screw you with dead stock or the
wrong part hoping you wont notice or accept what you get.
