I've emailed you both the one of Matthews later log files together with the pre RR map, post RR map and the saved map from the ECU today. Assuming I did it correctly, I uploaded the saved RR map to the ECU and tried running it but it made no difference. As the car has ran for over a year on that map, it should be ok, so from a software point of view we should be ok but clearly the log file is showing some concerns, so there must be a hardware or component fault. The problem is finding it๐
