if you're interested in that version of KDE, you'll need to run the Qubes 
4.1 beta, as Qubes 4.0's fedora 25 won't receive that update. :)
(And you'll need to install the packages manually, as the meta package 
@kde-desktop-qubes doesn't work (yet).)
you'll probably need at least:
plasma-breeze plasma-workspace kdelibs kde-settings-plasma sddm dolphin 
kwin kscreen
