Hi.
I installed QWS some time ago. The program works fine (no crashes nor bugs),
but I have the following problems for working with Ms gs wavetable sw synth:
Qws thinks that I have two "Microsoft gs wavetable sw synthesizer" in my
computer. When I disable the second copy of the synth, I don't have any midi
devices in the preferences -- I think when I disable one of the synths, Qws
thinks that I have disabled both of them.
Secondly, Qws doesn't remember my instrument list selections. Always when I
edit or record something, i have to always select the "General gm2
instrument". My friend has Yamaha's software synth, and he doesn't need to
re-select the instrument lists after he selected it once.
