don't think so. But, then again I'm not James, he's the one that would know. Perhaps this should be added in 1.53? The only problem is, you wouldn't be able to hear tempo changes and time sig. What I'd like to see is a way to play a note with a program i.e. if I have to do a program change, I don't really know the GM layout that well, so I may put the wrong number in for the program.
