Hi, it certainly does appear to have disappeared completely.
There is a download link on the page that raymond recorded himself copying,
<smirk>, but the download link takes you to a page that no longer exists.
I'm pretty comfortable with wherever you upload it and thank you very much
in advance for doing so.
Once I get it I'll build a sound font page on my sendspace page and then
they can be available to everyone who may be interested.

I have this Soundfont - its name is SGM and its version is 2.1. I could
upload it wherever it is comfortable for you. Some guys have already
reported me that SGM vanished from internet so we could renew its
presence.
Another hint is using this SF2 with QWS. let me describe rather simple
way.
you can use Synthfont or just its cutdown Syfon:
http://www.synthfont.com/
then you can make audio from MIDI file using XMPlayer:
http://www.un4seen.com
XMplay does this job excelently.
