  Are you really sure your qws is receiving the data correctly? If
  not, i've always found this a very handy tool to monitor SysEx, may
  be it can advantage other users as well.
  http://www.bome.com/bome/downloads/beta/SendSX130beta3.exe. It just
  monitors all the SysEx you receive and puts it in a textual window.
  Don't forget to set your midi in port, but that's quite obvious.
