Hi folks,

I'm just a bit confused why you think you can't have patch names read
out already:

Try this:

Go into track properties, navigate to the Instrument list and then
change the programs.  The instrument list should automatically reflect
whatever is picked up and your screen reader *should* read the change.

Does it work for you?
