So am I correct that your phone plugs into your USB port on your
keyboard, and then your keyboard connects to your pc via midi?

of whatever. Listen before you judge, you will be pleasantly surprised. This

this demonstration of an app called iGrand, which is a piano from IK

I am not sure what do you exactly mean in how Can you use the iPhone as a
synth... question.. Usually, qws will work with any midi USB synths or even
firewire (I have done some remote controlling with a makie digital console
ETC) . YOu can look up on the articles for using vsts, and connecting other
synths through virtual midi cables, but until you can clarify I cannot be of
further aid, unless there's clearly something I'm missing or failing to
understand.
