It is the whole keyboard that is transposed a half step up. Now, how to
find that key.

The delay problem is easy. All you have to do is adjust the buffer size in the
cool soft options menu. I have mine turned all the way down to zero, and it
doesn't stutter, at least, if my PC is working smoothly. About the note
problem, is the whole keyboard transposed, or is it just to C that sounds
wrong? If it's the whole keyboard, you might try pushing the transpose button
on your controller.

Hello: I am trying to use this midi controller with QWS with the cool Soft midi synthesizer with
different sound fonts. I have two problems. First of all, the delay is so bad that I am just
totally behind. It is somewhere between a quarter and a half of a second. The second problem is
when I press "C" on even a new project, I get a "C-SHARP". How can I address
these to issues? I have successfully used QWS with lots of other synthesizers. This is my first go
at a software based one though. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
