Yes, multiply all bank numbers by 128, as most soundfont players don't use high-definition bank numbers. I'd send you mine for this particular sound font, but I altered the font to make it work alongside the GS sound font I used, and I've also got a vast amount of other sound font banks in it. (I think I'm using about fifteen at the moment)
