MIDI code doesn't carry audio, so you need to route the output from the
keyboard into your computer. If you're not looking for the best fidelity you
can use some sort of cable to route your keyboard audio output to the line
in on your computer. (this assumes your computer has a line in input) Your
best bet is probably to go from the outputs of the keyboard to the computer
in, so that would require a dual quarter phone mono to miniphone stereo
cable. If you decide to go from your headphone jack instead you'll want to
get a stereo miniphone to stereo miniphone or quarter phone cable, depending
on which sized jack your keyboard has.

Subject: QWS List Hello

I have a problem with QWS. I will try to explaine. i have a USB cable hooked
up to my Yamaha keyboard and it goes to my computer at the other end. But
when I record a track or search for instruments to record with, I can not
hear from my computer speakers and I have to hear it from my ear phone jack
on my keyboard and the same when I hear the recording back I still have to
hear the sound from my keyboard with head phones. How do I correct the
problem so that when I record or hear my instruments from my computer
speakers. I hope I have explained this right to you and I would really
appreciate the help please thanks.
