I'm curious then. If not the core, what makes a language be a Scheme?

Unless you do consider that what is called R7RS may in fact be the
ROTLFKAS (the Report On The Language Formerly Known As Scheme)…
I personally don't care about the name, but I do care about the
principles. This one that Marc stated here gets my full support.
