I apologize if you've answered /this/ question and I've missed it: How much would it bother you if you had to ask for case-sensitivity in your programs? (It's becoming clear to me that we have to offer both choices, given all the heat from both camps, and I'm trying to get a feel for whether there's a reason to make one or the other /the default/.)
