It's really not obscure. If you want to file an official bug, do it on http://bugs.slimdevices.com/ (of course, after first checking to see if it has already been reported).
You can always report problems in this user-based forum, or on the official Logitech forum (forums.logitech.com), but bug discussions get lost in all the traffic.
