I appreciate all the assistance. It's possible it's the router, however I have numerous other wireless devices on it and haven't had any problems at all. The other devices include a bridge, several laptops, and multiple generations of iPhones. The router is configured with WPA2 + AES and doesn't use mac filtering or any other security settings beyond the default. SSID is broadcast. It does use a complicated password with multiple special characters. I can see that it's stored properly in the wpa_supplicant config on the squeezebox. DD-WRT is version: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/10/09) mini (SVN revision 13064) I'm pretty sure that's the current version for this router.
