I have the same problem, tried going back to previous firmware version, tried reinstalling current version, and tried resetting radio to factory defaults. Nothing worked. I do get artwork when running server. Don't want to have computer running all the time get around a Logitech bug. Listed this as a problem on Logitech site, although I don't think it will be addressed soon. Support for this product really SUCKS.
