I had the white screen problem with my SB radio. As it is under warranty they replaced it with a UE Smart Radio. I followed the instructions to convert it to a SB radio and the process does not work. They are sending me yet another replacement as they think the unit is defective.
Does this mean they have quality control problems? Will keep you posts. I might try and do the more complex process for conversion mentioned in the forums. If I mess up the radio, no problem as they are sending me another one.
