Router firewall should have nothing to do with connecting to WiFi, leave that alone. Nor does having LMS running affect player connection to WiFi. Forget Controller for now, just get Radio connected manually.
Radio > Settings > Advanced > Networking > Choose Network > Wireless Does it list any nearby networks?
