It's a bit confusing to know whether the Radio is detecting your network correctly.
What do you see when you use the menu Settings > Advanced > Networking > Choose Network > Connect to Wireless Do you see your wireless network name ? are there other network names shown ? If not have you disabled the SSID on your router ? Can you select the "I don't see my network" option and manually enter your SSID ? If you do see your network name - on the Right Hand side how many "arcs" are white (not grey) above the dot ?
