Hi - yes, the versioning is only for summarizing changes once in a while.
Otherwise osmapp is upgraded continously with every commit.
We deployed the xml diff upload on 29/4
(https://github.com/zbycz/osmapp/pull/1009) - until then the app may have been
sending more single requests in one changests. This was happening only when
editing relation and its members - the multi-editor was added on 3rd of Dec
(https://github.com/zbycz/osmapp/pull/831).
I am not aware of any such changes mid-july - since end of April it should be
just the diff.
One idea - maybe someone could have forked and deployed some older version? but
thats not very probable.
