noticed that not all nodes have the same timestamp, even though they're all
modifying nodes. When uploading using cgimap, my expectation is that all nodes
have the exact same timestamp, down to the microsecond.
It would be interesting to see the exact microsecond level timestamps for all
nodes in changeset 168535456. Are they all slightly different?
