Dennis, Is the OS posting any errors in the event log?
Check memory usage, paging and CPU usage when the Citrix user is logged on (via Task Manager). Particularly Citrix (remote desktop) users. My customer says, "Once Citrix detects inactive session (20 minutes), it will automatically log them off." Not sure exactly how they determine an inactive session. In this case I'd look at how the server is tuned - if too few resources are dedicated to applications as opposed to file/network services, you might see troubles. If the files reside remotely from the server in question, then by all means take a long, hard look at the network components. Usually index file 3 (occasionally file 2) which usually indicates a network speed issue and unable to synchronize the data base. But, since each user is actually a session on the server, shouldn't it be faster? Just printer, keyboard/mouse, and screen forms sent to/from the remote PC?
