Bob didn't mention how he's printing. If you go to the screen, then can the user select their printer and print from there? Is it only if you specify a printer using the Printer_name option? If you're using the latter, I suggest that you print everything to the screen and let the user print it himself. I would imagine that's more foolproof, and it's the method I always use anyway.
