No (at least not yet ... but who knows ...).

Of course, you'll have everything similar to R:BASE 7.x (all-in-one), such as:
. Robust SQL Engine (NO FILE SIZE LIMIT) Support for Temporary Tables and Views Support for Stored Procedures and Triggers The Familiar R> Prompt for Quick Work Form Designer with over 70 Controls + more ... Report Designer with over 20 Controls + more ... Label Designer with over 20 Controls + more ... Built-in Crosstab Controls Graphical Query Designer Quick and Powerful Application Designer Versatile File Gateway (Import/Export) Support for Industry Standard XML Format Simple to Use Form Wizard Astonishing Report Wizard Fast and Easy Label Wizard Query Wizard with True GUI Interface Application Wizard with no Outside Code Cool Database Explorer GUI Text Editor and Syntax Highlighting GUI Tracer/Debugger Built-in MAPI E-Mail Built-in BLOB Viewer/Editor Built-in PDF Writer Built-in HTML Writer Built-in RTF Writer Built-in XLS Writer Built-in Bar Codes Create and Implement Custom Plugins Create and Implement Custom WinUDFs Data Dictionary for Database Information Integrated Watch Variables Option
To access an R:BASE Turbo V-8 database using other programs/development tools, you'll need an R:BASE Turbo V-8 compatible ODBC driver.
Hope that answers your questions.
Very Best R:egards,
