I don't use gloves personally, but Matt Chester, a framebuilder who
specializes in building bikes for flared drop bars (like the On-One
Midge or Origin 8 Gary), which are similar to the bars you describe
(at least when it comes to pressure on the hands).  His recommendation
is something like the Specialized Ridge, which focuses on padding your
ulnar nerve, which receives the most pressure on this type of bar:
