— Aye, I’ve the fiddly nut holder wrench. I mostly use it to strip the heads. 
Sardonic grin.
— Based on timing of the work I did and being creak free before that work, I 
can eliminate pedals and everything save chainring bolts, crank arms, and bb 
(replaced BB and changed chainrings).
— After the standard second tightening of the crank arms, noise is down or gone 
(hard to tell with today’s ride in the crunchy snow).

I still wish there was a simpler system than that nutty bolt set-up.
