Mine came with a Bottom Bracket. I have both, but I've only built up the BMC, which I really love. Others have noted the giant headtube and long chaintstays on the Roadini, which will likely alter the handling.
Finish wise, I'd give the Roadini the edge. The grilver is gorgeous in person, and the welds are some of the best I've seen. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed by the welds on my BMC.
