Hi I have a set of 45mm hammered honjos over a set of 35mm Bon Jon Pass
tires on a 62 Quickbeam and the fit is TIGHT at the rear brake bridge. That
said it works. I cant imagine 38s with this setup. I avoid the wheel
removal problem by using a Phil hub where I remove the axle completely from
either side and drop the wheel vertically.
