I've been wearing only Rothera Cycling <https://rotheracycling.com/> caps lately. They use a plastic piece to stiffen the brim, which tends to last longer and not get stinky compared to cardboard that other brands use. They are probably 8% smaller than I'd like (one size). I use to be a Walz guy but discovered the brim was absorbing too much stink, rendering the hat useless.
