I also now use a Randi Jo Fab cap... I had ordered one of Rivelo's last batch (the blue with waxed cotton.) Works great with or without a helmet (I do both depending on my ride/day.) I'm a heavy sweater regardless so even after a short summer ride yesterday morning with no helmet it was as saturated as it could be with brim dripping by the time I got home so can't say it's any hotter or cooler than anything else I've used but it's very comfortable with a short and flexible visor. Not sure what size it is, probably a M/L, but has elastic in the back that offers a good range of flex.
