I don't see why this doesn't have a good chance of working. I'm 5' 10" and a52 was fine. I can't do pics at lunch but I am pretty sure there was room to drop the saddle enough for a 5' 2" rider. The bike was designed around Boscos so I don't see reach being a problem if you go with those.
