If you want the lowest seat possible, use a straight seatpost with a 
standard separate seatpost clamp. Rotate the rail clamps 180 degrees from 
where most people have them so that they are below the clamp through bolt 
instead of above it. You can put the seat about an inch lower with this 
method - the seat rails are almost touching the top of the seat tube.
