Rob you will be fine there are folks of all shapes sizes and fitness
on the ride so you will find a group going your pace to ride with and
by all means enjoy the ride the scenery.  I haven't been since 2004
when a group of fools...uh friends and I did it in one day.  My
memories of places worth stopping

REI rest stop at about mile 25
Tenino Park stop about mile 80
Winlock - sausage breakfast sandwich at the local food stop hmmm nice
way to start day 2
St Helens get that second wind before you tackle the last 30 miles

Thanks for the 7 rules post - for the STP I especially like #s 6 and
7.  Enjoy, Savor and count the number of times people ask you how old
your classic bike is ;-)
