The Seculite Plus rear light is around ~$25. Why not hook it up if you've invested in the hub and will buy a (more expensive) front light? It is such a joy to not have to do anything when locking your bike or heading out at night. Supplement it with a battery-powered light if you want, but having both lights wired, mounted, and ready to go at any time is great.
