+1 on the Sidi Touring shoes that Rivendell once sold. The last for this shoe fits me very well (it is a 47 size), and I'm very happy with them. I have one additional pair, NIB, in reserve when my present ones wear out (although these shoes which use the Lorica "leather" uppers seem to wear forever!).
