UPS will deliver to the door in Chicago. But they do so only Monday through Friday and between around 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday in my neighborhood. UPS will not leave packages unless someone is there to open the door and sign for them. Meaning I have to take the day off. As much as I love (not!) hanging around the apartment all day for UPS to show up, my work prefers my being there.
