Zack Beautiful bike. Man, every detail on that is so sweet. I would have fainted if I opened a box from Riv and saw that! I have never bike camped (best I can manage is a "Sub 2-to-4 Hour" ride) so at first it looked like an awful lot of baggage, but there's nothing on your list you could omit, except some food as you say, so I guess that's what it takes to do a S24O.
